Information about the Submission of Assignments
Dear Students,
the course „xxx“ will be examined this semester in the form of an course work, project work or term paper to be submitted in Moodle-Exam. Follow the steps below to ensure a successful outcome:
- Preparation
Go to the course to prepare for your online submission: Submission of Assignments: Information and rehearsal possibilities for students (registration key: assignment). Here all the important information, instructions and a practice option are made available.
- Assignment
Bitte spezifizieren: The assignment of the course work, project work or term paper consists of x tasks. You will receive the assignment... Create your solution file/s (how many?) in the format .xxx ...
- Examination time
The assignment is available from WEEKDAY, xx.xxxx atxx.xx a.m./p.m. and the processing time begins. The file(s) for the course work, project work or term paper must be uploaded by WEEKDAY, xx.xx.xxxx at xx.xx a.m./p.m.
- Examination Course
From the start of the processing time, your exam course will be visible to you in the dashboard. You are already enrolled in your exam course and therefore do not need an registration If you have any problems, please contact your examiner.
- Registration
Go to https://moodle-exam.hsnr.de. Log into Moodle in the normal way (e.g. mamus001, password)
- Firstly, please confirm the two declarations ( Declaration I and Declaration II)
Assignments can only be processed when you have submitted the two declarations andwhen the examination time has started. It is therefore important to make sure that there is a "checkmark" in the grey boxes next to the two confirmations.
- Now work on the assignments within the examination time
Complete the assignment as indicated and be sure to first save your file(s) locally on your computer.
- Uploading the file(s)
The following steps are required for submission:
1. Click on Abgabe hinzufügen
2. Submit your answer file(s) by clicking on Datei hinzufügen or by "drag-and-drop"
3. Click on Änderungen sichern
4. It is still possible to make changes during the examination time by selecting Abgabe bearbeiten
Be sure to hand in your work on time by the end of the examination time!!!
- End of exam
You have completed the assignment(s) correctly when a green box with a "checkmark" appears in the grey boxes and the label Erledigt appears next to the assignment(s). This can take up to a minute in some cases. You can now log out of the exam course!
